WARRANTY
Due to new United States Postal Service mail-size standards,
our QVS warranty cards, which are included in QVS product
packaging, are no longer valid for postal delivery. Unfortunately,
our warranty cards are now too small for the Postal Service's
industrial mail sorters.
To help alleviate this situation, until new warranty cards
are available, please follow the directions below to insure
your warranty is received and properly validated by QVS:
1. Fill out the warranty card as instructed.
2. Place the completed card in a stamped envelop addressed
to:

Remember to follow the same directions as above to ensure
QVS receives your warranty for validation.
Most of
our cables carry a lifetime guarantee. A limited one year
warranty applies to most electronic devices.
